No OnTimer function

i am working with DFSDK since one month and now i want to impelement some functions in OnTimer.
Therefore i tested the example out of the help but they are not working on my iPhone5.

I took the example for DeviceGetUIType() to get the screen height and LocationDistanceFrom(float lat, float lng).
Both examples i putted together and created a
After i installed it on my phone i only get once the values and not periodically.

On my phone is the latest offical iOS working.

Did somebody had the some problem or know how the problem can be fixed.

This problem is reported to dragonfire support team.
It happens since 7.0.4 version of iOS but there is no solution from support and now we'll have a new problem with new resolutions of iPhone 6 and plus.

I would say maybe just import the data, then get the users to come back and make a fresh account.
