Uploading CSR

I'm trying to upload my CSR created for me from DFSDK in the apple dev provisioning portal under the distribution tab but I see no button to upload..I've watched the tutorial but am stuck !
Can anyone help..

The CSR gets uploaded to the Distribution section under Certificates.  If you have an existing Distribution certificate (or even an expired one) you will need to revoke it before you can upload the new CSR file.

If your Distribution certificate is still valid, you can continue to use it to create your new mobileprovision.

We will process manual requests the same business day.  Our business day (M-F) runs between 9am-5pm Central Time (USA).

Hey,
I recently acquired my csr, but i then changed the email address i used for my apple developer id. I was wondering if that would be the reason i cant figure out how to upload it in certificates -> distribution? Any help greatly appreciated.

no its not. I just did it and both were different
