Bug with Bitmap!0

I have found a bug in the api:

The bitmap functions dont get effected by WorldSetxy(int x, int y) even
if you set the bitmap location to 0.0 and change the world, you Will still see the bitmap the same location on the screen even if you update it whole time. But if you place image at 0.0 and change World you Will see the view or 2d camera is changing the location and the image is also. Please fix that bug with the bitmap!
