I have sent in two CSR requests through the dragonfire SDK website. I have also filled out a support request 2-3 days ago in relation to the CSR requests. I have yet to receive an email from support. Is Dragonfire still in active development / support?

Hi, Jason,

The only CSR request we have for you was sent on Saturday the 21st.  I've processed your request and e-mailed your CSR file.

Hi IT guy here, one of my staff is wanting to do iOS Development and I think you may have the product we need. I just need a few answers:
To be clear I do not need a mac with Xcode to generate a CSR? DragonFireSDK does that as part of the service and connects it to my Apple dev. account?
What about the Development Cert is that part of the service?
Finally do you help with the Provisioning Profile?
Thanks for your help. I just need to be sure I have all the correct info.

We will generate a CSR file for you.  From there, you must log in to your Apple Developer account and create your signing certificate and mobileprovision(s) in the iOS Provisioning Portal...
